Alaringa Organics is an organically certified small rural business run by the Moss family on their farm located in Southbrook, Queensland, just outside Toowoomba. |

The Moss family comprises of husband and wife team Ian and Sarah, along with their children Emma and Amelia. 10 years ago the Moss's were looking for a change. Both had rural backgrounds and had been working in off-farm rural jobs - Ian as a chemical company logistics manager and Sarah as a book-keeper. |

After purchasing their property ‘Alaringa’ at Southbrook on Queensland’s Darling Downs they began raising pullets under contract for a local organic egg-producer. Since then they have started producing organic lamb, sourcing organic beef, pork and chicken to diversify their business to sell their products throughout Australia. Currently they are attending the Northey Street Organic Markets every Sunday in Newmarket, Brisbane. |

Alaringa Organics has expanded to include Amanda Scibilia as its Sales Manager in 2009. Ian and Amanda both met at Gatton University in the late 80's in their respective fields of study, and both are driven by their love of animals. Amanda has a young family of her own, with her children Matthew and Grace, and is joined by her husband David, who is a teacher in the Redlands. |
